PAY FOR MY GANG SHEET(S)

Choke is the setting that is applied to your gang sheet order within our production. It refers to the amount of WHITE ink that is printed after/under the colored ink of your design. A LOW choke setting will expand the white base layer toward the edges of the graphic, applying more ink and structure to the print. If you have small lettering or fine lines in your order, it's better to choose "low choke". However, if you have large solid lettering or graphics, ordering a "low choke" will increase the chances that some white will "peek" out from the solid graphics.

This product is for a direct-to-film gang sheet. Finished Artwork must be submitted and gangs must be paid prior to order processing.

Please make sure that you have followed the necessary steps of Finished Artwork:

When uploading a Raster Image (.png, .jpg, .tif, .gif., and .psd)

• Must be transparent. Our printer prints white. This means that if there is a white background behind your image, it will be printed.

• Must be a High Resolution PNG at 300 DPI (Dot's per inch-think pixels!) that design was originally sized at or larger than the transfer size you are ordering. Ex. if you create (or have purchased) a raster image and it was originally created as a 4" x 4" square- it may be pixeled if you decide to order this in a 12" x 12" square.

• If you are questioning the quality of your image, please reach out prior to ordering for us to check your file.

When uploading a Vector Image (.ai, .svg, .eps, .pdf)

• Must be transparent unless you intend to have a background printed (including white).

• Make sure your text is converted to outlines.

To convert text to outlines using Adobe Illustrator:​

• First, select all art by going to Select > All.

• While everything is selected, go back to the menu bar and click Type > Create Outlines

General Tips for Both File Types:

• DO NOT MIRROR YOUR ARTWORK. Our software does this automatically.

• Outlines/Lines must be at least .02 points (or .035 inches) in width or the adhesive cannot adhere to the art therefore, may not adhere to your apparel. Thicken your line or lettering as needed.

• Maximum width is 22 inches x length of your choosing at checkout.

• See Through Effects and drop shadows do not work with DTF. If you would like a shadow effect, please create your file using half-tones.

• We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order for vulgar or offensive words or images.

• We are not responsible for color as every printer output colors a little different. If you are concerned about matching a color to a specific brand, please ask for a Color Guide prior to ordering large amounts of transfer
